Hey Rohan,Spanish Rabbit recipe sounds superb.Very similar method, to the way I do my hare, bar the mushies and tereso.If you haven’t tried it already,give a bit of cummin seed (whole or ground) a go with hare or rabbit.Was revealed to me recently by a greek chef friend and it’s now a staple addition with me.Nutmeg and cinnamon are great as you know with many of the game meats.Great Vid,enjoyed watching.
