Another fantastic meal. I think the best thing about it is that it contains so few ingredients, unlike recipes I read where it will cost me $100 in ingredients I’ll never use again.
Although, this does make me a little sad that we’re looking winter in the teeth here in the north. Only four more months.
nails. one comment, if you crack eggs on the table top rather than edge of bowl then shell and bacteria (ie chx poop) doesnt get in the bowl. Little tip Jacques Pepin taught me… haha. 100% agree, home “grown” eggs are night and day compaired to store bought.
Rohan – some visitors were in town a couple weeks back and we gave this recipe a go for Sunday breakfast. had nearly everything on-hand for the Spring Slice (though with a decidedly winter twist, seeing as it is winter here, after all). it was unbelievable. had a little issue w/ the “flip”, which I think means i need more butter, and maybe should’ve done it in the cast iron vs. the fry pan. regardless, it’s now on my weekend rotation. thank you sir, and Merry Christmas to you and the family. ~ Sam

It’s difficult to find your vids by navigating through the ABC site. What section are they posted under?
Just click on the image and it will take you to the vid
