Living right in the middle of town allows me to walk home for lunch. A quick forage in the garden picking fresh Rocket, Cos, Jr Iceberg, Spinach, Parsley, Spring Onion and few Basil leaves off the window sill, add some store bought cherry tom’s and a few hard boiled quail eggs, top that with a mustard lime dressing and a marinated chicken breast and lunch is served.

This is why I grow my own vegetables instead of an ornamental garden.
