Not the most aesthetically exciting, but it sure was nice comfort food. And for a mid week dish it’s so dang easy. Why rice? I didn’t want to waste that beautiful sauce of white wine, lemon thyme, garlic and a good knob of yellow golden butter. The rice greeted the flavoursome sauce, like a mate waiting on the porch with open arms. I’m sure they shared a beer or two and talked of the old days.

Can I ask a favour? Can you expand on these food posts a bit with ingredients, methods, etc. Some of the food looks beautiful (I’m thinking of you Rabbit Vindaloo) and I’m always looking for simple, healthy dishes.
Cheers

You’ve inspired me. As a bachelor with a roommate gifted in the kitchen I rarely cook unless it’s assisting. I agree with the above comment I’d love to try some of these dishes out.
I hear ya guys!

Your picture is good but your words are better! Love the mental picture they painted for me.
I agree with PJH and Rick – I’d like to see your recipes too.
